Norberto Orellana is the COO/CFO of ASCend Specialists. He is seen as a healthcare industry leader, holding a master’s degree in healthcare administration, and helping healthcare leaders unlock their potential across the country including working with the Federal Office of Rural Health Policy, National Rural Health Resource Center, and National Rural Health Association. Starting out homeless and navigating lifelong disability, Norberto has established himself as an expert in personal/organizational resilience and achievement, helping thousands across the country in achieving success despite seemingly insurmountable odds. Norberto helps leaders and organizations struggling to succeed and enables them to tap into their true potential so that they can take confident action to achieve their goals no matter what challenges they encounter.
